New Zealand Music Month at the Library is now on!
Come along and enjoy free concerts at Elma Turner Library. All concerts start at 12.30pm (except flute duo on Sunday 7 May at 2pm).

Jacquie Walters
Tues 2, 12.30-1pm
A Nelson-based singer-songwriter who performs her own songs about love, family and issues that touch her heart – plus traditional Scottish Songs.
Annabelle & Tersha
Sun 7, 2.30-3pm
A dynamic flute duo featuring two of Nelson’s leading players. Their programme features mainly NZ music around the theme of dance.
Zorn
Tues 9, 12.30-1pm
A multicultural progressive rock band with influences from pop, prog rock and poetry.
Duo Jackson
Fri 12, 12.30-1pm
A popular guitar and violin duo performing classical, jazz, Latin, gypsy, world music and original compositions.
Eva McComb
Wed 17, 12.30-1pm
Eva was born in Hungary, but has lived in Australia and New Zealand for the past 25 years. Her programme will feature pieces mainly from 16th Century France, Italy and England.
Anna Heinz/Peter Gale
Sat 20, 12.30-1pm
Anna and Peter use two guitars, or bass and guitar, with relaxed vocals to produce melodic and rhythmic harmonies.
Uklectics
Thurs 25, 12.30-1pm
A four-piece all female band with a unique slant on covers and originals from folk to punk, country to rock.
Hot Club Nelson
Sat 27, 12.30-1pm
A local band playing acoustic swing jazz in the style of Django Reinhardt.
