This will free-up the coordinator to increase service quality (especially workshops and education), apply for funds, and allow more community collaboration / networking with the community around the services we offer. The 5 hours a week role would also ensure every woman who comes to the centre is greeted, acknowledged, orientated and referred, to the appropriate part of the centre.
