NRMP Council Plan Change 06/04

Operative 1 September 2008

Council Plan Change 06/04 (Stoke Railway Reserve) became operative on 1 September 2008 following Council’s formal approval at their meeting on 21 August 2008.

Background

The Commissioner’s decisions regarding Council Plan Change 06/04 were adopted by full Council at their meeting on 6 March 2008 and were publicly notified on Saturday 29 March.

Any submitter or further submitter then had an opportunity for appeal to the Environment Court (within 30 working days of this public notification).  Appeals closed at 5pm on Monday 12 May 2008, none were received.

Further submissions closed on 25 May 2007, one further submission was received.  Twenty-six (26) submissions were received during the original consultation. A hearing was held on 29 August 2007.
