Implementation of the National Policy Statement for Urban Development

In accordance with the NPS for Urban Development and resolution of Council on 17^th December 2020, the Nelson Resource Management Plan (NRMP) on-site parking rate requirements no longer apply from the 1 January 2020. This means there is no requirement to provide a specified number of on-site parking spaces. Learn more.
